1. What is the check in & check out time?
   The check in is from 12:00 p.m. and check out till 11:00 a.m.

2. How can I pick up the keys of the apartment?
   At your arrival our staff is going to wait for you at the apartment to pass you the keys and to receive the payment.

3. When do I have to pay?
   The payment is required by cash at your check in.

4. How can I give back the keys of the apartment at my check out?
   At your departure you will be able to leave the keys at any time at the place we show you at your check in.

5. Is smoking permitted?
   Smoking at the apartment is forbidden, but almost every flat has a balcony.

6. Do I have to take towels and bed linen?
   Our apartments are fully equipped, the towels and bed linen are provided.

7. Can I come with pet?
   Pets are kindly welcome.

8. Do you offer any additional services?
   We deliver breakfast, dinner and rent bicycles for an extra pay.
